Is there an easy way to move a photo of person you identify for the first time in Photos from the end to alphabetical? I try grabbing and dragging the person up but it stops at the top of the screen and does not scroll. Seems broken.
You can choose "Sort by Name"
The first few albums will be the ones you designate a favorites; then it's alphabetical afterward.
For a custom order, you can drag a People album where you like, though it's a bit awkward when a submenu pops up-- I just drag around it. As I drag an album the screen scrolls to accommodate.
My image above is from a Mac. My AI MindReader app is broken, so I wasn't sure what you meant. It's the same on an iPhone, though.
That worked. Thought Sort By Name was on but somehow was set to Sort By Custom Order. Thank you.
