Can't add debit card to the Wallet app

I have bought a used iPhone 15, called the bank multiple times and today I got an answer of "Your device has a low device score", as I've read the thread there was an answer that said "Time is your best friend.", anyone got idea how long that would take as I'm still in highschool and carrying a card is hassle, I sometimes forget my PIN and it gets embarassing at the store.

P.S. I do have activated Developer Mode, could that be a reason for low device score as well? Also, my Apple ID hasn't be used since 2020-ish, in the thread's answer it says that might be a reason too.

Have you used your iPhone to text and send emails? Do you have a VPN or antivirus apps installed?

Sorry for the late response, I use the phone daily send messages, calling people, etc. I also bought a song on iTunes and have an active subscription in App Store.

I’m not sure, I think I tried adding the card a week or two ago, I have my account opened in SEB Lithuania

I’ve tried adding the card on another iPhone and it worked, it might definitely be the Apple ID issue or the iPhone, because after I tried on my phone it didn’t work

No, never. I called Apple Support multiple times, did diagnostics each time and nothing popped up

Still nothing, at this point I think I should just give up, it won’t let me add the card to my iPhone
