iPhone 13 stuck in SOS mode
My mom’s iPhone 13 is stuck in SOS mode and we can’t connect to the cellular tower. Her phone is the only one having this issue. I’ve tried restarting, updating, and going through the settings. Suggestions please

You have already contacted the cellular carrier, correct? If not, that is the first thing that you need to do.
If you are not contacting the carrier using their online site, you will need to use another phone temporarily to reach the carrier.
You may need to contact your carrier for help -
