I want to install garage band BUT I don't ha cve latest Iphone is there any way to install garage band and I have a Iphone7 nd I am NOT gonna try to get a friend's phone to sign in to my account and then install garge band pls I am tired of my ringtone and is there any more way to change my ringtone thank you

No, you have to go through your purchases on your App Store account. But if you have not downloaded it before, it won't be available.
