iPhone 14 camera freeze up and wont let me take pictures or videos

I have an I Phone 14 and have it updated to the latest. I have severe problems with my camera, when I open anything that uses the camera it will freeze up and wont let me take pictures or videos. My phone is also slow, my memory is not close to being full and I got it last year?
