Suddenly Midi controller doesn't work

Hi! Yesterday I was working on a project in Logic Pro.

As I opened up the project today I suddenly couldn't play at all on my midi controller (M-Audio Code49).

I've tried everything I usually do when faced with similar issues. Switched USB-port on my dongle, restarted the Mac, updated it and checked for new drivers for the controller (there weren't any).

This is extremely frustrating and I need this to work. What can I do?

Hi,

Can you try changing the cable? Also, try plugging in directly to computer/laptop?

Lastly, can you Rebuild Defaults.

To "rebuild defaults" in Logic Pro, navigate to Logic Pro > Control Surfaces > Rebuild Defaults; this action essentially resets all your control surface settings back to their original factory defaults, often used to troubleshoot issues with MIDI controllers not behaving as expected.
