iPhone 16 Plus display and lagging issues

hello Ankit this side from mumbai. I brought iPhone 16plus in October 2024 and now that phone was lagging and display not working.

First, try a force reset procedure as shown below to see if this is a software issue.

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

If that doesn't help rectify the issue, then this is likely a hardware issue in which you should visit your nearest Apple Store's Genius Bar or an Apple Authorized Service Provider for service.

I am in service centre now that executive saying you have to format phone. We will not change the phone. If Apple don’t have data privacy and replacement warranty so why we should go with Apple. other android phones is good as compared Apple. I will change my phone now

In 4 months Apple phone having issues. And Apple service team not getting what is problem in my phone so why should I use iPhone. I want my phone as it is or you guys can change my phone now. From yesterday I am having this issue
