same app disappearing on different pages

i replaced my phone recently (iphone 14 pro) and it updated to the latest version of ios (18.2.1) while setting it up. i have several different focuses that i use in my day to day life, with several pages to use in each one (ex. work focus & sleep focus). and now i can’t have the same app on different pages, i can only have one app on one page, and if i try to put an app i have on a different page, it disappears on the previous one and shows up on the one i recently put it on. very frustrating now that i have to pick and choose which apps i have on my focuses and just have to look for them in the app library/search bar on my main. please help, thank you.
