TikTok was recently banned for about 12 hours in USA, its come to my awareness that TikTok is no longer banned and users who had still had the app downloaded were able to be on it, I had deleted it thinking it would be banned forever but now that it’s not when will TikTok be available on App Store again?

The US Supreme Court recently upheld the ban and therefore only the US Congress can change the law at this point. It is only speculation that an incoming administration may be able to intervene unless ByteDance meets the requirements of the law as passed.
