No People Tab on my Find My

Open the Find My app. Do you see this?

If you don’t see People it has been blocked either by Parental Controls or a business or school with an email account on your device.

You ask whoever blocked it to unblock it.

A long shot: Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/Share My Location and change it to Allow.
