I live in Eroupe, but my apple account thinks I am in the USA so, I cant use tik tok

I created my apple account in the US but moved to Switzerland 3 years ago, the ban for tik tok in the US happened today, but now I can not use tik tok or download it anymore. I have a Swiss phone number and my region in set to Switzerland but my phone thinks I am still in the US.
