i had to offload tiktok because i only had 1gb of storage remaining and i totally forgot that offloading is basically deleting it so will it eventually be back? i mean my ipad still has it but i want it on my phone… thanks..

It may take you more time than a TikTok video to actually read those articles, but you have time for that now that TikTok is unavailable so please take more than a few seconds to fully understand the issue.
Per the NYT article, "the law penalizes app stores, like Apple and Google, and other internet companies, like Oracle, for distributing or updating any TikTok content". Therefore, TikTok is currently unavailable on the Apple app store and Google app store. Apple, nor anyone on this community change that. The US Supreme Court recently upheld the ban and therefore only the US Congress can change the law at this point.
