Unable to change Country in Apple Account for using TikTok

Now today I tried opening TikTok only to find it’s “banned” yes, I know it’s banned in the United States but I’m not there! I am in Egypt and I can’t open TikTok. I even asked my friends and saw it’s working perfectly for them and thought maybe I have something in the settings. Please let me change it because I only use TikTok and I don’t know what I will use my phone for other than for calls now. Im in Egypt we’re there is no ban, so please see what the issue is if it’s in my settings and change it. Thanks a lot, please see this issue the faster u can.
