Can not change country and region

hi

I keep trying to change country in my account because moved to USA from Ukraine and have difficulties to download apps but for some reason it doesn’t work I can not switch country on my account it always gives me error (asking me to cancel subscription for Apple Music which I did but still it doesn’t work . Pls help with it
