My apple intelligence is not glowing anymore
I say hello Siri and she says AHA that’s it and does not glow

You say anymore. Had you successfully downloaded Apple Intelligence to your iPhone before? If you go to Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri is the switch turned on (green)?
