It started when I plugged in my Samsung phone to my Mac, It was charging and when I opened my Mac it said if I want to connect it to my Mac but when I clicked enable it charged but next time I did, it didn't charge. Can someone help me

An issue with charging your Samsung would be best addressed to Samsung support. But I would suggest trying to charge the phone with an external charger. If it fails there, then you know it's an issue with that phone or the cable you're using.
