Apple Watch 7 Series Touch Issue

Hello,

Please if someone can help me. I have Apple watch 7 series with IOS version 11.2.

My watch touch is not working, even though i tried all possible methods.

I did force restart by pressing the right side buttons, i did unpair, i did reset. Even i tried all possible methods but still the touch is not working.

There is no any physical damage as well on my watch touch screen, All is well, the watch is charge, also there is no high temperature.

Im shocked how its possible the touch is not working.

Please help me.
