iPhone 7 Plus screen cracked, not connected to Wi-Fi, can't erase.
I would like to erase my iPhone, but the screen is destroyed. It is not connected to Wi-Fi, and I can't click anything.

Sorry, but the phone has to be working to erase the data on the phone.
But, if you had a passcode on your iPhone, there is no way that anyone could ever get at the data on the phone, even if they take the phone apart and try to rebuild it using other iPhone parts.
No one is ever going to spend the time to do something like this
It's the same as if your iPhone was working OK, but someone stole it. As long as the phone was passcode protected, no one can get into the phone.
Drop the phone off at the Apple Store or take it to a local recycling center. If you have a Best Buy store in your area, they also will accept your phone for recycling.
