Left speaker not working on iPhone 16 Pro Max

Is the iPhone 16 pro max has 2 speakers? 4 circles on the left and 6 circles on the right?

Because only the right speaker part works for me. I am thinking maybe the left one is a microphone?

There is only one speaker at the bottom of the phone. The other opening is the microphone.
