Unable to verify identity for money transfer on Apple Pay

Someone sent some money to me and asked me to verify my account I show to find the back of my ID and it says it’s unable to verify my ID I did that several times and it still ain’t working so I try to send the money back, but it’s not giving me an option so how do I send the money back or verify my ID?
