Apple Music library syncing is toggling off automatically

I followed the basic troubleshooting steps and still the settings of the Apple Music app under the library syncing option is not letting me to turn it on.

please help

I tried deleting Apple Music and redownloading but then it says to sync again then when I press sync, it says enable sync library to listen everywhere then it turns off it won’t let me turn it on in any way? How do I fix my Apple Music not syncing? First it would play for 1 second then just pause so I deleted it and redownloaded it now it’s saying to sync it again but when I do it says to sync so I can listen everywhere then it just turns off I can do anything to turn it back on?

Apple Music stuck synching with library i accidentally deleted my apple music app and have re-downloaded it. all it’s doing is showing that it’s connecting to my sync library for a long time. how do i get my stuff back or make it work? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

EDIT: I fixed it disabling PRIVATE RELAY
