How do I turn off call blocking

Are you referring to people that you have blocked? If so, you can go to the list of blocked numbers and remove what you need. If you are asking about something else, please explain more.
I can’t locate my list of blocked numbers. I don’t have the Phone setting in my list of settings. Not sure why. My wife has the Phone setting it’s easy to remove the block on her phone.
With the newer iOS, some settings have been moved around a little. If you are on iOS 18.x, then go to Settings>Apps>Phone. From there you can scroll down to Blocked Contacts.
