How can I fix Siri's Time and Weather related responses?

I used to be able to ask Siri what time it was and she would tell me I may not be by my phone and now all sudden it just shows me the time. I’ve even tried rewarding it. Can you tell me what time it is and it still shows me the freaking time! I ask for the current temp it brings up the freaking weather before you used to tell me what the current temp was half of the time when I asked stupid questions I’m not by my phone to look at my phone
