Why won’t Siri tell me the weather

Every time I say “Siri what is the temp today” I get a message that because of my location settings (which is set to “always” for both the Apple weather app and the AccuWeather app that I use) it can’t give me the weather. I have tried and tried to figure out why Siri won’t tell me the weather like it used to but I can’t figure it out. Please help 🙏.

Siri Gives Me the Wrong City My weather app clearly uses my location whenever I open it or look at the widget, but when I ask Siri for the weather it thinks I’m 3 cities over giving me the forecast for a different city. Granted the weather wouldn’t vary that much but it is still enough for me to decide if I need a light jacket or an umbrella. I ask Siri about the weather and she can’t answer because of my location.. but my location is on Hey Siri, what is the weather tomorrow and she said she cannot answer it because of my location. But my location is on. I never had this problem before. ever since I updated my phone, . I always seem to get a problem every time I update I hate updating.

Siri doesn’t answer the first time but does the second time. If I ask Siri for the temperature or the weather, Siri tells me it can’t answer because it doesn’t know my location. But if I simply repeat the same question a second time, I get the appropriate answer. I have checked my location settings, and all seem to be normal. That seems to have happened since the last update. It’s annoying to have to be repeating myself continually. I don’t know where this bug came from.

Siri requires an active internet connection to retrieve weather information, even when Location Services are enabled.
