Apple Watch SE detecting false touch

The screen is moving around by it selves. Have tried rest art it again by put in the to things on the side and has try to uninstall the watch. But nothing eorks. The screen is moving around and has its One life. Like ghost mode. I havens dropt it or anythong

If this is a 1st gen. Apple Watch SE, has the battery ever been replaced?

Can you describe the "moving around" a bit more? Are the apps on the watch screen magnified?

If so, did you check the Accessibility settings ->Vision/Zoom in WatchApp on your iPhone?
