Deleted app data still takes up storage space in iPhone 13

My iPhone is 13 but I also have same issue with iPhone storage, basically I deleted apps I barley use yet it is still taking space as well as increasing my phone storage for example I deleted my health app which is not required but the data is still there and i can’t delete it somehow , it was like 63.26 GB out of 128 GB but it would sometimes increase like to 70/ 75/76 GB or so it is making me concerned I might not be able to use my phone again in near future , what other solution you guys have , let me know thank you it is very strange like in morning it is high but at night when i am not using it , it is low again until i use it again it just increases , it is astonishing me.

Do not crop the Screenspost.

To improve my understanding of the phenomenon, it would be highly beneficial if you could share a full screenshot (Do not crop it). Visual representations carry a greater impact than written descriptions.

Please remember that this is a public forum, so when attaching a screenshot, please avoid including any personal credentials such as IP addresses, card details, email IDs, Apple IDs, IMEI numbers, serial numbers, phone numbers, order IDs, or any identifiable location information if you are sharing a map.

With the limited information that you have provided, It is hard to even guess the problems faced by you.

When you offload an app on an iPhone or iPad, the app itself (its executable files and related components) is removed from your device to free up storage space. However, the app's data and documents remain stored on your device. This allows you to reinstall the app later without losing any of your personal information, preferences, or progress within the app.

Because the app's data is still present on the device, it continues to show up under Settings > General > iPhone Storage, where it is grouped together with the app's size. This ensures that the app can be restored seamlessly if needed. If you choose to delete the app instead of offloading it, both the app and its associated data are removed permanently, unless the data is backed up to iCloud or another location.
