Why is the Powerball website blocked on safari?

The Powerball website suddenly stopped working on safari. How can that be fixed? Using Sequoia 15.2

Can't Allow Downloads I'm in the process of recovering from a very nearby lightning strike. I've found that I cannot set an individual site to allow downloads in the Websites pane of Settings (If I select Allow or Deny, it immediately goes back to Ask). I'm using Safari 16.6 on macOS 13.5 (Ventura). Any suggestions?

It isn't blocked, but it sure as heck isn't working right. This is all I get in Safari. Or that and bunch of shoe ads down the left and right sides if I turn my ad blocker off.

No problem getting to the site in Firefox or Brave.
