How do I download my apps that are on my new phone from my old phone. I need to know how to download my apps that are already on my new phone there just on offload

That is not the method to migrate to a new iPhone.
Apps are downloaded from the App Store. The specific apps to be downloaded is information conveyed by your former iPhone. But if, for example, an app on your old iPhone is no longer available in the App Store, you will not be able to install it on your new iPhone.
