I use an M4 Mac Mini with an Acer Predator X34 monitor.
I've read old replies on this subject.
I'm only interested in increasing the type size while in the "Settings" window.
I rather not change the type size of apps or anything on my M4 other than the size of the type while using "Settings."

To my knowledge, that's not possible. The only way to increase the type size of System Settings panes will be to change the resolution of the display or to use the Zoom feature under Accessibility. The latter would probably be your best option.
