Extremely flexy screen on a brand new iPad.

I just opened my brand new iPad and the screen seems to be exceptionally wobbly and flexible on the front glass. Maybe it's uplifting from the frame already, not sure is this is normal. Its seems to be exceptionally flexible going in and out even just using a finger or apple pencil. Anyone else have this issue? I literally just opened the box.

If you purchased directly from Apple, you have 14-days within which to unconditionally return your device for exchange or refund. If applicable, should you have any concerns whatsoever, you would be well advised make use of the opportunity and have your iPad checked while the option to exchange is available to you - otherwise you will be reliant upon remedy under warranty. Depending upon your country/region, you may have additional statutory rights and remedies available to you.

Otherwise, you might be best advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.

Alternatively, you can initiate and manage your support cases from Apple devices using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to offer assistance:
