I have eye problems, and find it difficult to tell which tab is the active one in Safari. Is there a way to highlight or change the tab? For example, could the active tab be a different color? I'm aware that the active tab is supposed to be highlighted or brighter already, but my eyes cannot discern the difference. I am using a MacBook Air with Sequoia 15.2. Thanks in advance.

I had the contrast set up to about medium. Oddly, when I turned it back down to normal it is easier to see the active tab. This helps a bit.
There doesn't seem to be a way to change the tab color or actually highlight it though.
