How to report a bug to Apple?

For years when syncing my iPhone 13 to my MacBook Pro everything worked great. Recently (January 2025) music I purchased from the iTunes store with my iPhone will not sync to the MacBook. It must be a new bug? I would like to report it to Apple. How can I raise a ticket? Thanks
