Audiobooks sync issue - Not loading

On my iPhone i have transferred from my mac an audiobook. Now that Audiobook is available on my iPhone "Book" App. On my Watch Ultra 2, the Audiobook App it appears on my library but when clicking on it throw an error saying:

This audiobook is unavailable on your watch

Any idea what might be wrong?

Uploading Audiobooks to Apple Watch just spins I purchased an audiobook through the Apple Book Store and I am trying to I'm trying to sync it to my Apple Watch via the Watch companion app. But the books just keep spinning even if the watch is on a charger. Sometimes it displays a progress circle for about 2 seconds and then it just keeps spinning. I have tried to delete the audiobook and re-add it but it just spins. Any help would be appreciated.

beats fit pro loses connection on my ultra apple watch when I start to play music or audiobooks My new Beat Fit Pro earbuds connect to my iPad, iPhone, and desktop retina computer, but when I connect them to my Apple Watch, something goes wrong. When I start to play audiobooks or music on my apple ultra watch, it shuts off after 5 seconds. It's so damn frustrating since the Apple watch is what I mostly listen to for music and audiobooks.
