It's not always the iOS update's fault! Many things can cause phone problems. If you tell people you think it's an iOS update, it might make it harder to fix or find a solution for the real issue.
Remember, the right question often leads to the solution!
iOS updates aim to enhance user experience, boost security, and fix bugs rather than disrupt core features. The majority of the issues after updates might stem from underlying, unmentioned factors. Updates won't typically alter personal data but may refine settings or features. Backup before major updates for safety. Review Apple's update details and backup advice for a smooth process.
Kindly consider checking your settings and addressing any device issues before attributing the issue to external factors. This could be a pure coincidence that the iOS update affected the iPhone functions.
Before initiating a standard iOS update, it's advisable to create a backup. Have you completed this step? If yes, proceed with the restoration from the backup.

Dear Svaran,
I don’t know if is a hardware of s/w issue.
As the vast majority of people who upgraded aren't having this issue, it is possible that it's a hardware issue or something specific about your set up. What troubleshooting steps have you taken? The first thing I would do is back up the phone then restore it to factory settings. Add nothing. How does it work? If you see no lag, the issue is with something you've added. Sadly, figuring out what is time-consuming. If you do see a lag, make arrangements with Apple to have the phone evaluated:

The only thing that I am pretty sure is that everything slow downs using this iOS. It’s clear to me that Apple presented many features, and implemented lots of new stuff that cannot afford those kind of resources
And in that you are mistaken.
You are not the only one. I noticed the same thing and I think we have to wait a future iOS update hoping this will fix it.

No, don't worry. The problem is not about the migration you did.

Don't know if the migration that I did from my old iPhone 12 Pro Max causes this.
Yes, it's a very annoying thing to do but it's the only reliable test. Make sure you have a complete back up first!
