Phone is completely broken and can’t see or operate the screen, you can tell when it’s on but that’s it, can’t trust it to a computer because screen doesn’t work, I can get it to restore mode buts that’s about it.

When you get your new phone restore from your latest backup to get back your data.
No recovery if no backups.

Careful.....Restore will erase the data on the phone.
Hopefully, you have been backing up the iPhone 14 to iCloud or a computer, so you have a current or recent backup to reload onto the replacement phone.
