you know when you say “hey Siri” and then she lights up rainbow all around the edges of the phone with Apple Intelligence, my Apple Intelligence has been turned on and Siri isn’t doing the rainbow thing. She’s only showing up at a little circle at the bottom, I have the iPhone 6 Plus and iOS 18.2.

I think you are referring to the iPhone 16 Plus, as stated in your tagline. There is no way that an iPhone 6 Plus can get Apple Intelligence, or even so update all the way to iOS 18.
