Persistent issues across all my Apple devices

Since Saturday I’m facing some issues across all my devices, I still had iOS / iPadOs 17 when Siri started to glitch very often. Yesterday, I update my iPhone 13 and my iPad Pro 11in 4th gen to iOS / iPadOs 18 and things have worsened. There isn’t any explanation behind this. I think all this is network related, but how to know?
Siri is the worse. Sometime is fine, but when I’m on WiFi, it sometimes takes a long time to respond, or says that an error has occurred, as if the connection was lost, but my internet is fine with everything else. I don’t have this glitch when I’m on movile data.
Safari takes ages to load any page, mainly if I’m connected on WiFi 5g, or my other network.
I couldn’t update my iPad Pro 11in 4th gen due to an error with iTunes, so I had to restore it. When the restore process was over, I set it up as new to supposedly avoid any glitch, only to find out that Spoken content is broken and the Safari Listen to page feature is not longer available on iPad, features that I use a lot and are important to me, as a person with visual disabilities. Spoken content closes every app when I press the Speak selection button, and Siri says that there’s nothing to read when I ask her to read the page. This works perfectly on my phone, an iPhone 13, but it doesn’t work on my iPad like it used to do, even if I’m in the same page. Also, there isn’t any listen to this page option in the web site settings menu.
Because of that, I decided to factory reset it again and load an iCloud backup. Now it’s a pain to set it up again, all the black apps don’t download; even AppStore is gone, it has a black icon and says “Waiting”.
In my iPhone 11, videos today started buffering out of the blue, even with great internet speeds.
Am I the only one or iOS / iPadOs 18 are so bad, have too many bugs and WiFi connection issues? I’m stressed out. Re-starting the router doesn’t help, factory resets mess it all and nobody from Tech support helps.
I’m really shocked. Please help 😭

No Wi-Fi networks available in a local library, restaurant, mall, or Apple store, or a carrier-associated Wi-Fi network somewhere?

Getting connection errors for specific entertainment services or adult content or other such on a school or business network would not surprise, though that’s a separate issue.

Why the focus on testing with other Wi-Fi networks? Your local Wi-Fi or your ISP may well be having issues. There might be problems with the network uplink or the local router hardware or local Wi-Fi network configuration, or Wi-Fi signal or other interference issues.

Put more succinctly, it’s usually easier to try using some gear else-network first, before starting to troubleshoot the local Wi-Fi.

I don’t know what to do to fix these problems. Buy the latest iPhone? Switch to Android? Restore via iTunes again all to no avail?

Whether it’s somebody locally gaslighting you, or pervasive network problems, somebody with millions of dollars of exploits tooling, or something else entirely and that potentially not IT-related, resetting won’t work, resetting again won’t work, and clearly resetting again won’t work. Nor will any of what advice you have already received, considered, and implemented as appropriate. Nor would I expect switching platforms would work.

You’re going to get to figure this out yourself, or work with somebody locally that is accessible and that you can demonstrate these issues to.

It turns out that now I can’t download WhatsApp on my iPhone 13. I’ deleted because it just stopped sending me notifications, and all this started happening after a full DFU restore.

It’s not my WiFi. Everything seems fine on my network environment. No wireless interference whatsoever.

What a nightmare 😖. Why things can’t just work fine???

I’ve tested the other network as well, 2.4 ghz and 5ghz. Neither have worked propperly.

My iPad got so messed up after a full DFU restore, it can’t download de iCloud backup, AppStore doesn’t even download, the app has a black icon and says waiting. The rest of the black apps don’t download either.

accessibility feature such as VoiceOver, Spoken content and the Siri article reader for Safari stopped working propperly. I’m a person with visual disabilities, and I really need them to work reliably.

I chat with 3 support agents, they were absolutely unhelpful.

The only different network I can think of, is the one of my university.

There, Siri seems to work Ok but Apple Music says: “An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be established”, when I’m try to play any song. I can’t perform further testing because there I regularly have classes, and in my free time, either I regularly do homework assignments there, or go home.

However, in my home WiFi Apple Music works but Siri struggles to answer me, Safari takes ages to load any page and my iPad doesn’t download apps, including AppStore.

Obviously, I’m not spending class just to get my iPad to download all the backup, it’s not gonna happen. I do all that stuff at home

No, I don’t have any BPN.

Tech support didn’t help at all and the factory reset didn’t do anything to fix the problem. I can’t use mobile data all the time, I need a consistent Wifi stability.

I forgot to mention that Siri doesn’t speak anymore in my iPhone 13 after reinstalling iOS 18. I ask her a question and I just get a written response , but no audio. I’ve tried all the suggestions menctioned in every single thread, but none have worked.

Why things can’t just work right? I’m so mad and if these behaviors continue for a long time, I’m selling all my Apple stuff
