Is there a way of "updating" legacy drum tracks to AI Session Drummer tracks without altering the original beat?

Is there a way of "updating" legacy drum tracks to AI Session Drummer tracks — instead of converting to MIDI — without altering the original beat?

I have hundreds of unfinished projects that use legacy drum tracks, so this is turning out to be a very significant problem.

Any insights would be appreciated!

Moderator, I'm sorry, but this newly edited title is still misleading.

The issue is that when you update a legacy drum track to an AI Session Player, the original beat is altered (sometimes more so, sometimes less so). My question is: How to update a legacy drum track to Session Player >without< altering the original beat? (Converting to MIDI is just a rough workaround and doesn't address the core issue.)

Cheers
