Delayed Mac mini M4 delivery from iSpot Poland

Hello I'm a bit confused and I need help someone from Apple.

On the 30-th of October 2024 I ordered my MAC MINI M4 ( (GPU 10 rdzeni), Ram 24 GB, dysk 512 GB SSD

and till today ( 13th of January 2025 ) Almost two and a half months the autorised reseller iSpot Poland keeps telling me the computer isnt available... I feel kind of hopless as I'm already paying my rates in a bank and cannot cancel the order. I'd be really glad if you could help me out. I just want my new mac ASAP.

That is not right.

If iSpot can not fulfill your order within a reasonable time, they should give you a refund.

Maybe try the Apple Support number for Poland to see if they can help.

I just to tell, I am from Montenegro, and wait mine from 4. december. Today finaly they say to me how their dealer doesn't have it. I think some company from Czesh(ka) are dealer for this part of Europe.

It’s a custom configuration which probably explains why it can’t be cancelled. This community can’t help unfortunately - it’s for technical issues only. Good luck!
