Unable to record voice audios after dropping my iPhone 7 Plus

I recently dropped my phone I’ve dropped it a few times and for some reason I can’t record voice audios or call, I’ve recorded videos and no sound comes on it’s just muted and when I record the voice audios it will appear blank and not send I’ve called my friends and my phone has rang but when they answer they either won’t receive the call or when they answer I can’t hear them and they can’t hear me I’ve reset my phone settings and it worked for a bit what else could I do?
