Every now and then the microphone stops working. It won’t let me voice text. It won’t let me call for Siri. It won’t let me FaceTime…. I have to restart it. This sucks because it closes all the pages I was.. using. I spent a lot of money for this phone and I’ve only had it a month.

Apple iPhone 16, which is brand new does the same thing. The microphone just randomly stops working in various apps. I have to stop everything I’m working on or doing and reboot the phone.

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple Store for them to examine the device. It is under warranty. Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
