I have iPad air 2 version 15.8.3 and I want to install Netflix that required version 17. I don't have any option to download it. in Software update page says iPadOS is up to date. Please help.

An iPad Air 2 or iPad mini 4 isn't capable of 16 or above; they require an A9 or better CPU. Try downloading the application to a newer unit on the same Apple Account first.
