Screenshots won't deliver, auto play issue in Workout App on Apple Watch Series 10

I recently upgraded my Apple Watch SE to Series 10.

I’ve noticed 3 problems so far. Everything I’m about to mention below worked perfectly fine on the SE.

1. Screenshots from the watch are not being delivered to the iPhone photo gallery.
2. The music playlist auto play function on the workout app does not work.
3. Watch charged to 100% notification is no longer received.

All settings were the same as the SE as the Series 10 was setup from the backup.

The steps I’ve taken are the following:

1. All software for iPhone and watch are up to date at the time of writing - 18.2.1 & 11.2 respectively.
2. Multiple reboots of both devices have been actioned.
3. Hard reset of the watch has also been done on multiple occasions, including unpairing and re-syncing. Factory resets have also been done a few times. The watch has also been setup as a new device after a factory reset.
4. The Apple Watch app from the phone was deleted snd reinstalled prior to the factory reset and setup as a new watch.
5. Workout app is set to play a particular playlist when a workout is initiated.
6. The charge notification is enabled on the sleep app.
7. The iPhone has notifications enabled for the Watch app.
8. Screenshots are enabled. When both buttons are pressed, the Watch flashes as if it’s taken the pic.

I’ve exhausted all of my options as I’ve also visited the Genius Bar, the employee was patient but even he was perplexed, saying that it’ll have to be sent off for further investigation. So I’m trying to see if there’s a solution before doing that. It’s a brand new watch.

A couple of things to note:

1. When screenshots are taken after re-syncing the watch, the first screenshot you take appears and seems to work normally, but subsequent ones fail - as mentioned above!
2. When failed screenshots don’t appear, rebooting both devices seems to retrieve them and they appear on the phone. But this doesn’t work all the time. Some reboots produce nothing. The screenshots remain in thin air!

Has anyone experienced any of the above? Does anyone have any solutions?
