How do I track my lost AirPods 4 on Find My?

I somehow can’t track my AirPods 4 on Find My, and I can’t activate the Lost Mode aswell. They showed up last before 3 days and still haven’t shown up.I got Apple care plus on it , does it help somehow with this ? And what should I do right now ?
