I just got iPhone 13 Pro. After putting in my sim, calls won’t come in nor go out, messages won’t come nor go out. I have checked with update and setting still same. Kindly assist

Your iPhone is not registering with your carrier's network. Contact your carrier. Calls, messages, etc are handled by your carrier.....not Apple.
Since the phone is not working at this point, you will need to use another phone temporarily unless you can use the carrier's online site for troubleshooting.
