am constantly receiving phone calls from people saying i just call them , what i can do for stop this loock duplicate number , because am not call them,,,,what i need to do

The most likely explanation is that a robocalled is spoofing your phone number. There’s pretty much nothing you can do about it. Report it to your carrier, but there’s not much they can do about it either.
This is a common tactic used by criminal telemarketing scams.
