iPhone 16 Pro Max - Touch problems after screen protector applied IOS 18.2.1

I just received my 16PM yesterday and updated to 18.2.1 as well. I'm having the same issue with touch responsiveness where taps are often missed with a glass screen protector applied.

It is most apparent when typing on the keyboard.

There's probably air bubbles here and there that needs to be warped out as you use it.

If not covered under AppleCare...

Try a Liquid Protector on the New Screen:

What I use: LiquidNano or Liquid Armor. It takes about 45 minutes to drive, and all it take is a few light rubs ---Poomph, its on there. And if you ever get a ding it's potentially a mm-deep crater on the liquid, and is nothing a dangerous crack on the screen. I got mine at a retailer, and they put it on. Works like a charm. IMPORTANT: Applying this coating to an iPhone would void you AppleCare. So, above doing this, if you have this covered under AppleCare.

Hello~ Apple can apply a screen protector for you or you can purchase many that you can apply yourself. You may want to search for one that uses a dust free application process.
