I decided to change an old apple iPad to a newer Apple ID account that I just created. It’s a different Gmail and everything and when I signed out of the old Apple ID account and into the new one my photos disappeared from my gallery idk what to do to recover these memories

Did you change the email associated with your Apple account? Or did you create a new one? It sounds like the latter.
Also, it's not clear if your asking about photos associated with your Google Account or your Apple Account.
It's rarely a good idea to create an entirely new Apple Account. What you probably should have done is change the email on your original account.
The photos should be connected to your original account. Log in to that account at icloud.com through a browser.

There is nothing there
If you have checked the old account, checked your backup files, and checked anywhere else you might have synced them (e.g., Google Photos) and they're not there, then they are gone.
