How can I edit files stored in OneDrive?
By using files app, onedrive read only
In the following picture, the illustration . I can’t edit the files in onedrive. I can edit files in drive (google) only

I've seen this issue before...
Try removing the OneDrive App - restart your iPad - and then reinstall the OneDrive App from the App Store.
After you reinstall OneDrive, ensure that you sign-in to your Microsoft Account from the OneDrive App.
