Missing template icons in Pages on Mac

I No Longer See All The Templates In Pages. Where did the icons go for what Pages can do?

When I open Pages on my Apple laptop I used to see icons of the many things that pages has to offer. Such as envelopes books contracts lists etc. but they are no longer there instead it opens up a list of previous work that I printed. What happened to all the icons this is frustrating because I've tried everything that I know of and I can't and I cannot seem to recover those icons please help.

Pages will either by default, open the Template Chooser, or a File Chooser if you have configured the Mac to use iCloud Drive to store Pages documents. If the latter is intentional, then you can obtain a Template Chooser by selecting File menu > New…, or you can deselect the iCloud Drive setting for Pages:

System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud Drive [ Options… ] > [ ] Pages.
